Mother AI — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mother AI app and service (the

"Service"), operated by Farrukh Akhmedjanov (Doha, Qatar). By using the Service you

agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and you confirm your date of

birth at sign-up. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the

Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We may remove accounts that

do not meet the minimum age.

The Service

Mother AI is a personal AI assistant. It generates responses using large-language

models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — do not rely on it for professional,

legal, medical, or financial decisions. You are responsible for how you use its output.

Mother AI is not a crisis, emergency, medical, or mental-health service and is not a

substitute for professional help. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local

emergency services or a helpline (e.g. findahelpline.com).

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under

your account. Don't use the Service unlawfully, abuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or

upload content you don't have the right to share.

Subscriptions, pricing & auto-renewal

Mother AI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Plus — US$5.00 / month
• Pro — US$10.00 / month

Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at

confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless you

cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings:

- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a

subscription.

• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we cannot

issue store refunds directly.

Fair use. Paid plans are intended for normal personal use and are subject to

reasonable fair-use limits to protect the Service from abuse and automated/bulk usage.

These limits are set well above typical use; we may adjust them and will not apply them

to ordinary human use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, or

infringing content, or to attempt to extract another user's data.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to

operate the Service (e.g. processing your messages to generate responses). The app,

brand, and software are owned by us.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by

law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made

based on AI output.

Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the

"Last updated" date. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop

using the Service and delete your account at any time.
