Mother AI ("Mother AI", "we", "us"), operated by Farrukh Akhmedjanov (Doha, Qatar),
provides the Mother AI mobile app and backend (the "Service"). This policy explains
what we collect, why, and your rights.

To provide and personalise the assistant, maintain your account and sessions, send
reminders and notifications you've enabled, understand usage to improve the app,
secure the Service (abuse/rate-limit protection), process subscriptions, and
debug/operate the backend. We do not sell your data.
Your messages are processed by a large-language-model inference provider to generate
responses. This is either our own hosted model or a third-party inference provider
(currently including Together AI and OpenRouter); in that case message content is
transmitted to the provider solely to produce your response, and is not used to train
their models on your identifiable data.
Mother AI may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus and Pro). **All payments
are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)** — we never receive or
store your card or banking details. We receive only the resulting subscription status
(tier and validity) needed to unlock features. Subscription terms are described in our
Terms of Use.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure and
service sub-processors strictly needed to run the Service — hosting, AI inference
providers, push-notification and analytics providers (Google Firebase), and the app
stores for payment — or when legally required.

Passwords are salted+hashed; sessions use expiring, revocable tokens; Secret Vault
contents are encrypted (the on-device vault with a key held on your device); and
traffic is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but
no system is perfectly secure and we do not claim your content is technically
unreadable by us in all cases.
The Service requires users to be at least 13 years old, and we ask for your date of
birth at sign-up to enforce this. It is not directed to children under 13. Because some
users may be young or vulnerable, Mother AI includes duty-of-care safeguards (for
example, it avoids explicit content, does not coach minors on romance, and encourages
reaching a trusted adult or a helpline in serious situations). Mother AI is not a
crisis, medical, or emergency service.
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data,
and withdraw consent. You can reach us any time from within the app
(Settings → Contact developer), which sends your message straight to us.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated"
date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
